About GSI
Gomez Sim Industries designs and builds high-end sim racing steering wheels in-house, with a strong focus on precision, quality, and craftsmanship. Every product is assembled, tested, and inspected to exacting standards.
Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Production Assistants. This is a hands-on, in-house role focused on precision mechanical assembly, inventory handling, and maintaining the quality standards GSI is known for.
Prior experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is not required. This role is fully teachable, and structured training is a key part of onboarding. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and learning new skills.
Core Responsibilities

Precision mechanical assembly of sim racing steering wheels

Inventory intake, organization, and storage

Stock counting and inventory accuracy support

Maintaining clean, organized, and efficient workspaces

Supporting production workflows and quality control processes
