Which wheel bases is Artemis compatible with?
Artemis works with any wheelbase that provides force feedback — you just need the quick release that matches your base. Some wheelbases require their own specific QR to connect, so double-check which one you need when ordering.
Are all the paddles included?
Yes. Every Artemis comes fully loaded with all six paddles — shifters, clutches and top option paddles. There’s nothing extra to buy.
What software does Artemis use?
Artemis runs simOS, GSI’s free software for all GSI wheels. simOS 3.0 introduces UltraLink, which lets a single encoder handle up to 8 different functions — see the simOS section above for more.
You are not tied to it. Every GSI wheel runs on either simOS or SimHub, and our new GSI Companion plugin brings the same control and configuration into SimHub — so you can stay with whichever app you already race in.
Ordering & Shipping
When do pre-orders ship?
Shipping is scheduled to begin in October. All orders ship directly from GSI HQ in Dallas, Texas.
Which countries do you ship to?
The easiest way to check is at checkout — if we can ship to your address, it will be accepted there. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout too, so in most cases the total you see is what you pay.
Can orders be cancelled or returned?
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. For cancellations and returns, please see our refund policy.
Warranty & Support
What warranty does Artemis have?
Every GSI wheel is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for either 12 or 24 months, depending on the region it was purchased in. Your exact term, and what the cover includes, is set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Can the Legends be changed or replaced later?
Yes. Replacement legends are available on request, and you can switch to a different legend type after delivery for a fee. Email info@gomezsimindustries.com and we’ll help you out.
